Zach Hennig

Zach Hennig brings energy, creativity, and a genuine love for people to every real estate experience. Texas born and Tennessee raised, he was born in Austin and grew up in Brentwood—an upbringing that gave him both a big personality and deep local roots.

Most of Zach’s childhood was spent at his father’s recording studios and his grandfather’s music store, which as no surprise, led to him becoming a guitarist. He has performed with multiple artists and shows including the Broadway musical, “Rock of Ages,” MJ Live!, Dee Snider of Twisted Sister, and worked with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra backup band.

After spending years playing shows on the Las Vegas Strip and touring the world, Zach felt the pull back to Middle Tennessee. Nashville had always felt like home whenever he visited, and making the move back was a natural next step.

Real estate was a career that simply made sense. He loves homes, he loves people, and he loves making deals come together—especially when it means helping someone achieve the dream of homeownership. The early experience of selling guitars at his grandpa’s shop, shaped the way he approaches his work today: Listening closely, understanding what matters most, and making sure clients walk away confident and excited about their decisions. 

Music continues to be a major part of Zach’s life and story. He currently plays with country artist Ben Gallaher, and creates music with his father, Steve. Whether on stage or helping clients, Zach is passionate about delivering an experience that feels personal, exciting, and tailored to exactly what people want and need.
